1- How do I purchase the videos? To purchase the video simply click on the "purchase & download " link next to each video. Your computer will begin to download the video and open it in your Windows Media Player. At this point the windows media player will launch a popup window promting you to purchase the video. If you have never purchased a PPV video on AdrianaSage.com before you will need to create an account. Once you have your account you can simply enter your user/pass to purchase any video with one click. .

2- How do I save the video to my harddrive? When the video is open in your Windows Media Player - Select FILE, SAVE AS and then save the video to your harddrive.

3- When and how will my credit card be billed? TOKEN VIDEOS: If you purchase a token based video, your credit card will only be billed when you purchase tokens for your account. You will select how many tokens you would like in your account and then confirm the purchase. Your credit card will be billed and tokens will be added to your account. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE BILLED AGAIN, unless you choose to purchase more tokens. PAY-PER-VIEW VIDEOS: If you purchase a PPV based video that has an assigned price your credit card will be billed each time you purchase a video. You will instantly be billed and receive a license for the video. Transactions will show on your credit card statement from: Sage Investment Group Inc.

4- Can I watch these PPV videos on multiple computers Yes, you can watch these PPV videos on multiple computers. When you purchase the video you are purchasing the right to view it on a total of 3 computers. In order to watch the video on multiple computers you will need to transfer the video file or download the video file again to a new computer. When you try to watch the video on the new computer you will be promted by the LAW to enter your user/pass. You will be able to open this video ona total of 3 computers with out being charged twice. Once you try to open the video on the 4th computer you will be charged again.

4- How long can I view the video? When you purchase a PPV video you are issued a license outlining the terms of your purchase. This license controls your access to the video including number of views and length of the viewing time. Every video has differet purchase terms and viewing times. Before you purchse any video please read the description and terms of the license for that video. If you want to know how much viewing time you have
left before your license

6- What are the requirements to purchase a PPV video? You will need BOTH Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) and Windows Media Player 9 (or higher) to purchase and view the PPV videos. Currently, these components are only avaible to PC's. Unfortunately, Macintosh computers are not supported. If you do not have IE 5.5 you can click here to download it. 7- What is DRM - digital rights management? DRM is a technology utilized by Microsoft to secure digital media so that it can only be accessed by authorized users. An authorized user is issued a license which grants them permission to view the protected content. DRM is used to prevent video piracy.

8- What is the LAW - license acquisition window? The LAW - License Acquisition Window is the popup window the Windows Media Player will open in order to notify the user a DRM license is required to view the video. If you do not have a license for a video and attempt to play it the Windows Media Player will block the video and launch the LAW until you have a valid license. The LAW will give you the opportunity to access the video via Pay-Per-View or some other criteria set by the content owner. Once you have your license you will not see the LAW again until your license has expired. The LAW is where all transactions will take place for www.AdrianaSage.com PPV videos.

A video license is required to unlock DRMed video content in the Windows Media Player. When you purchase a PPV video on www.AdrianaSage.com you will be issued a license for that video. The license will unlock the video for a specific period of time or specific number of views. Once the criteria have been met the video license will expire and you will lose access to the video. At which point you will need to get a new license through the LAW to unlock the video again.

10- Will the license ever expire? Yes, your license will expire. When you purchased the Pay-Per-View video you only purchased it for a specific viewing period. Once your viewing period has passed your license will expire. Once your license has expired you will need to repurchase the video in order to view it again.
